Ultra-small PVC electric ball valve type selection:

(1) To determine the nominal pressure, instead of using Pmax to set the PN, the temperature, pressure, and material conditions are used to find the corresponding PN from the table and satisfy the PN value of the selected valve.

(2) The determined valve type has a leakage amount that satisfies the process requirements.

(3) Determine the valve type, the working pressure difference should be less than the allowable pressure difference of the valve, if not, you must consider from a special angle or choose another valve.

(4) The temperature of the medium is within the operating temperature range of the valve and the ambient temperature meets the requirements.

(5) According to the unclean condition of the media, consider the valve's anti-blocking problem.

(6) The corrosion resistance of the valve is considered based on the chemical properties of the medium.

(7) Consider valve erosion and wear resistance based on differential pressure and hard material media.

(8) The performance and price ratio considered in the overall economic effect. There are three issues to consider:

a. Simple structure (the simpler the higher the reliability), easy maintenance, spare parts have a source;

b. Service life

c. price.
